Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any return shipping fees.
